Introduction to Italian Language Course
Course Outline
Italian people have a great zest for life and are passionate about their country. To love the language is to love learning about the history, culture, people, food and traditions that remain strong. The first half hour of each lesson focuses on different aspects of Italian culture. The next hour covers basic conversation skills beyond words and phrases so that you can engage in small talk, meet and greet, order food, ask questions, talk about the weather and feel confident with pronunciation. Your knowledge of vocabulary will increase with every lesson together with an understanding of the differences between English and Italian. Whether at home or in Italy, there is great joy in being able to speak a language as beautiful as Italian.

Learning style
Most of us are visual learners. Every lesson will be taught using visual aids including whiteboard, maps, flashcards, photobooks and handouts.

Six weeks comprising one lesson per week for 1.5 hours.
