Booking Terms

  • Items not included are airfares, travel insurance, incidental costs with accommodation such as minibar/laundry, airport transfers and optional tours.
  • A deposit of $500 per person per tour, non refundable, will secure a place on your selected tour(s). The balance is due no later than eight weeks prior to departure.
  • Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes to itineraries.
  • Ciao Italy reserves the right to make changes if required, but will endeavour to operate the tour as close to the original itinerary as possible.
  • It is compulsory for you to have full travel and medical insurance.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your passport has six months validity from the date of return to your country.
  • Our tours visit a variety of hilltop towns and attractions with steps and some of the accommodation places may not have a lift. It is your responsibility to advise of any medical conditions, mobility issues or physical limitations that may cause difficulty.
  • Cancellation of a booking is required in writing: If you cancel 59-30 days before the start date of the tour, you will forfeit 50% of the tour cost. If you cancel 29 days before the start date of the tour, you will forfeit 100% of the tour cost.
